Il livello di accoglienza e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff sono stati eccezionali: un ringraziamento speciale per essere venuti ad accoglierci direttamente al binario dello Shinkansen al nostro arrivo da Kyoto, un'attenzione al cliente davvero rara e apprezzatissima. La colazione è stata straordinaria, con un buffet ricchissimo, una scelta pressoché completa e prodotti di primissima qualità. Camere eleganti, pulizia impeccabile e letti estremamente comodi che garantiscono un riposo perfetto. Posizione impareggiabile e comodissima. Consigliatissimo!

The hotel's entrance is right next to the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. From the Shinkansen (bullet train)'s exit or the Narita Express platform, please follow the sign for the Marunouchi South Exit.
Due to the large number of guests arriving between 15:00 and 17:00, please be advised that it may take time to check in. Luggage storage is available both before and after check-in.
