Very very disappointed with staff behaviour and website booking
1.0Hotel rooms were good but staff behaviour was very bad we lost our money through online booking and staff didn't even bother about that
− We booked the hotel through online we selected number of persons and number of rooms booked it. The website did not clearly explain about number of people when we reached they told they will be allowing number of people that were selected in the website also showed us small rooms and asked us we have to book another room we lost our money we paid extra It costed us so much amount over all staff didn't even try to solve it they were just wanted us to pay extra money staff is complete money minded the website is also worst
