9.0This hotel was a great stay for us, the rooms are super spacious and super clean. We got put on the top floor and the view out of the large window was amazing. The location is great as is it close to multiple different subway stations and only 25 mins away from Shibuya. The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself has a lot of restaurants to pick from and even has a convenience store inside the hotel.
− The bathroom is pretty minimal, and doesn’t quite match the quality of the bedroom.
Good location for sightseeing. Within 15-30mins of most tourist attractions

Wonderful stay, nothing was too much trouble for most staff. Room facilities were spot on
9.0Outstanding service from staff at reception& door, location was great, would definitely stay here again. Housekeeping was excellent standard. Corner family room is a great size
− Breakfast was average, enough selection but small amounts put out, displays of food didn’t inspire you to try didn’t foods
