10.0Le style, l'esthétique, le service. J ai offert ce séjour à ma fille pour son premier séjour à Londres et je n ai pas été déçu! Le personnel est adorable, les chambres très belles, dans le style anglais qu on adore !! Je conseille le teatime! Excellent ! Très bon petit déjeuner copieux !

We enjoyed our visit tremendously and were made to feel welcome each time we left and returned.
10.0We had three different rooms during our two week stay in London. They were all very warm and comfortable. We were treated kindly by the staff as we left and turned from short trips out of London. They kept your luggage while we were away for a night. Each return was warm and welcoming. We will definitely return to Roseate on future London trips. Thank you.
− This is a small point but I think you would do well to install water saving devices on the shower heads. An awful lot of water was expended even for a brief shower. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, not complaints.

10.0A wonderful five-star hotel that truly lived up to our expectations! The room was lovely and spotless, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to trains and public transportation. A special shout-out to Kartsik, who was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. His outstanding service made our stay even more memorable! We would highly recommend this hotel.
