− Water not hot Dog barking 9 am housekeeping asking me if I was checking out. I texted desk to make sure they knew I was checking out at 10:45 am and to let housekeeping know. They don’t read text. One person at desk I couldn’t understand, other I could understand. One end of stair going upstairs smelled bad. Perhaps from dogs. Bath tub missing stopper.
A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE, SERIOUSLY.
1.0WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE WAS NO ROOM AVAILABLE, AND THE TWO OPTIONAL ROOMS HE GAVE ME, ONE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED (BED UNMADE), AND THE OTHER ROOM HAD SUITCASES IN IT. THE LOBBY SMELLED, AND THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE IS RUNDOWN, CHIPPING CONCRETE, AND RUSTED STAIRS. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ANYWHERE, AND EXTENDED STAY NEEDS TO KNOW.
− I GOT MY MONEY BACK. The clerk spoke enough English to help me. AND HONESTLY THAT IS ALL GOOD I CAN SAY BOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.
