4.0While we stayed there the group slides were closed both days which might have been just unfortunate timing but the place was packed without enough staff. There is absolutely no seating in the indoor water park unless you pay to reserve seating or buy a cabana which was $600 or arrived right when it opened. Sunday the pool isn’t open until 10am which means for most families waiting around for 3 hours or paying more money to do other things. Everything is expensive and an up charge. It’s basically Disneyland but without a staff that cares to give you a magical time.
