− Was lacking some instructions before check in but was able to get answers quickly before arriving.

8.0Location was perfect. Right in front of the beach. The unit was comfortable.
− Swimming pool and hot tub were constantly packed. Not enjoyable. Gate codes to access the swimming pool changed everyday but no one has ever informed us.

8.0Very nice. Clean affordable . Would have been nice to be able to have ramps more than steps to accommodate beach accessories . Also a wash off area closer to the beach would have been nice (we had to use the one at the pool location).
Great stay. Awesome view and the pool was nice. There was a flesh-eating bacteria warning.
10.0The view from the patio and the location which is only across the street from the gulf. The concerns we had with parking pass and room code were taken care of with a phone call.
− a few inconveniences getting the door code and parking pass. It took 2 days to figure out how to get to regular network tv stations. Maybe leave some instructions as there were many options.
