7.0Pros: (1) The complimentary breakfast is substantial. (2) The location is excellent. (3) Free access to the 24-hour indoor swimming pool. (4) The staff are polite.
− 1) There is mold in the room, and ventilation is inadequate. 2) Water has accumulated inside the air conditioner over a long period, causing mold growth at the air outlet. 3) The room has been consistently exposed to high humidity

6.0I like the location
− I was very disappointed with my experience. I called ahead of time to ask about early check-in, and I was told that a room was available and that I could check in early. When I arrived, the front desk employee took my name and confirmed that I would be able to check in. However, once I got there, I was suddenly told that I could not check in early. This was extremely frustrating because I had my family with me, and we ended up having to wait outside for an hour and a half. Because of this, we were late getting to Dollywood and lost valuable time from our day. I understand that early check-in may depend on room availability, but the issue was that I was given conflicting information before arriving. If I had been told the truth from the beginning, I could have made other arrangements instead of waiting with my family for so long. The communication was very disappointing, and this experience negatively impacted our trip.

The staff was not knowledge in checking people in or booking rooms to make two mistakes.
3.0We loved the location and the fact that they took pets.
− The staff had accidentally booked us in two rooms. So we had to change rooms on our Honeymoon night. It took 2 hours out of our time to change room because they had accidentally overbooked the suite room. Also the staff forgot to get us to sign the pet policy when we checked in so they interrupted our wedding day again to come back and sign the paper. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it. My daughter got an allergic reaction to it.
