− Disappointing Stay – Several Issues Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations. When booking through Booking.com, I was advised that taxes and fees were included and that a $50 damage deposit would apply. Upon arrival, however, we were charged a $25 deposit per night, totaling $175. At checkout on September 3, the front desk advised that nothing further was required and that the amount would automatically revert. After 7 days, I contacted the hotel and was told the release had not been processed. After another week, my bank advised that the hold would remain until the end of the month. This was frustrating and should have been communicated clearly. On our first night, the toilet overflowed. Maintenance attended but advised that there was no cleaning crew available to sanitize the area. We had to contact the front desk ourselves. Toilet issues continued for three nights, and we were eventually told not to flush toilet paper. Despite the inconvenience, there was no proactive room change, compensation, or apology. An alternative room was only offered after we raised the issue, which we could not accept as the room was smaller. Housekeeping was also very basic, mainly involving trash removal and making the bed. The hallways had a noticeable dusty/musty smell, which was particularly noticeable given that the hotel is pet-friendly. Overall, the main concern was not simply that problems occurred, but the lack of urgency and proactive customer service in resolving them. I expected a much better experience and greater attention to guest comfort.

− Es la tercera vez que me hospedo aquí. Esta última vez, una desilusión la limpieza de la habitación. Vajilla sin lavar (no mal lavada, directamente sucia), 2 cucarachas, heladera pegoteada. Limpieza muy mal

Ubicación extraordinaria. Magnifica vocación de servicio, del personal.

− Desayuno mejorable. Falla en sistema de aire acondicionado expresado en alfombra progresivamente húmeda, tolerable en estadía corta (2 días)
