− Only one entrance into the parking lot and the gps takes you to the wrong place
It was good and underrated but the staff wasnt to professional

− The staff my room wasnt ready when i got there and then the staff asked me when im going home which one was two days later and trying to give me a reminder oh check out at 10 its been alot of people checking out late im like in my head what that got to do with me and why you asking me this question
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES
1.0My first stay I had no complaints. It was comfortable and location is great!
− I wanted to come back and stay again But after booking and getting to the location no rooms were available and my reservation was cancelled BY GRAND LAKE ... Charged me in full and I am yet to be reimbursed for a stay I never had and a cancellation I HAD NO CONTROL OVER!

10.0O apartamento é grande, confortável, conta com uma cozinha super equipada, banheiros com banheira e shower separados , grande e com espaço excelente para se maquiar . E as camas King size que tem colchões super confortável com roupas de cama super limpas e cheirosas. Excelente para acomodar uma família de 6 pessoas.
