Fabulous Rome.
9.0Location excellent. Easy to get to in a taxi. Clean. Spacious.
− Advertised as three double rooms. Two rooms are prefect, one with an en suite BUT The room off the living area should only be for one person, the toilet and shower are not sectioned off and are literally in the room. No privacy if used by two people.

Great apartment for a few nights in Rome
10.0Excellent property that is very well centrally located for all the major attractions in Rome. The apartment has a lift which is helpful for luggage but it is also only on the first floor so is manageable without a lift. Air conditioning worked well in every room. It is spacious and comfortable to stay for a few nights.
− Two of the en suite showers are very small - if you are a larger gentlemen or woman you would not be able to fit inside it comfortably and move around whilst showering. The beds in every room are also very soft so if you prefer firmer beds this won’t work for you. The internet was also intermittent and we had to reset the router during our stay twice. It has a balcony with a table but this faces the back of other properties so the view is not great and we didn’t use it.

4.0Sehr gute Lage!! Alles was es zu sehen gibt im umkreis von 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Kontakt zum Vermieter gut allerdings nur über Whatsapp kein persönlicher Kontakt, Self Check/In per Mobiltelefon.
− Die gesamte Unterkunft benötigt eine Renovierung und Austausch vieler abgewohnter Möbel um sich als Luxury bezeichnen zu können, ebenfalls war die vorgefundene Wohnung nicht sauber. Ein Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar wegen starkem Toiletten Geruch. Schlechte Betten. Beim benutzen der Spülmaschine trat Wasser aus und die gesamte Küche war unter Wasser. Duschen defekt. Fenster defekt. Schwaches WLan. Wie die Bewertung mit 9,5 zustande kommt ist mir ein Rätsel und spiegelt in keiner weise den Zustand der Wohnung wieder.
