Terrible service! Don’t recommend
4.0We stayed at Crescent Court hotel for 2 nights at two Premier King rooms. First of all we received two rooms at different corners of the level while requested for connectors as we travelled with 3 kids. We had just two small still water bottles in the rooms at all. There were no sleepers at the rooms. When we requested for them housekeeping told that because of high occupancy they’ve ran out of sleepers at the hotel! After we asked for a late check out at 4 pm because of late flights and we were offered one room late checkout for extra fee, while all other US hotels provided it for us for free. But the worst thing was that checking out at 4:00 pm we couldn’t find two pairs of kids shoes. And finally we realized that kids forgot them in the room we left at midday, housekeeping team found them but nobody told us about it. So we spent 45 min trying to find our shoes and then housekeepers brought them to us. That’s insane not to inform clients about items they found 4 hours ago! We almost missed our flight because of this! The building of the hotel is nice, food is ok but very small selection. But service is terrible! Don’t recommend!!!
Spa Bliss
10.0Don't let the price point scare you. This is the best spa experience in DFW. Every employee and every service is perfect. Bring a swimsuit and come an hour early to use the jacuzzi or cold plunge and then sit in the sauna or steam room between treatments. Afterwards grab a drink or a bite just outside the lobby at 60 Vines or Nobu. Validated parking makes seamless access :)

10.0Un hotel muy bonito y cómodo
Very disappointing
3.0− Perhaps we got ripped because of the world Cup, but its definitively not a 1k a night hotel. Its doesnt come even close to that. So either they are scammers or they believe they play in a different league. The lobby looks like a warehouse, elevators took forever even when they are 4 floors, the door of the room had a malfunction that i reported the first day and was never repaired (in 6 days). The bathroom didnt have handheld shower and the shower leaked all over cause the doors didnt have any kind of seal. The main lamp of the room didnt work. There is no switch at the side of the bed, so to turn on/off the light you need to stand. The plug on the side of the bed is an alarm clock, that every time i plugged my phone i activated the alarm at 6am… There was no ashtray at the door, so it was full of cigarette butts in the entrance, which they never bother to pick. The “bar” was part of the lobby. So zero privacy for customer that wanted to use the bar and for those who wanted to be at the lobby without the fuzz of the bar. I sent, via booking, at least three messages weeks before arrival. They never answered one. Nobu…. I know this restaurant offers different quality depending on which city they are, but this one is quite at the bottom. The worst omakase experience i ever had. The sushi tasted an looked as it was prepared days ago and then refrigerated…. Plastic. And many other details that changes de experience. Whoever stayed at real luxury 5 star will understand what im saying as soon as you see the main door. In my opinion, is a 4 star with a 7 score.
Awesome Hotel
10.0Our stay at Crescent Court was wonderful. The hotel is lovely and is conveniently located to fabulous restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel staff worked hard to accommodate an early check in for us. Valet parking was convenient and the staff was courteous and timely in their responsiveness. Our room was cleaned daily without our request. I will make this my go to hotel anytime I am in Dallas.
Over priced for what you get
