9.0L’emplacement, la chambre et l’accueil du personnel, avec une spéciale dédicace à Nick qui a été formidable du début à la fin du séjour avec des conseils très avisés sur Florence.

10.0Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi, tren garında indik ve 3 dakika içerisinde otelin içerisindeydik.. Sonrasında bizi güleryüzlü ekip karşıladı.. odamızı uygunluk olmasından kaynaklı upgrade ettiklerini söylediler ve mutlu olduk.. su doldurabileceğimiz alanı gösterdiler ki bu yaz ayından büyük niyet.. aynı zamanda da 2 içecek ikram kağıdı da verdiler.. Açıkçası beklentimin çok üstündeydi. Bir daha Floransa’ya geldiğimde yine ilk ve tek tercihim olacaklar. Teşekkürler
