− Lifts didn’t work!! But…staff went out of their way to help carry luggage.

8.0Staff fantastic, location superb, room decent size for price/ location. Good toiletries, nice freebies in fridge (milk, Coke, water). Great shower, double-glazing keeps street noise to a minimum and windows can be opened. Not too hot despite heatwave. Bed comfy, also had decent desk and chair. Lift was out of order so a complimentary breakfast was offered (but declined as I was going out before breakfast was served).
− Be prepared for rumblings from (I think) the Circle and District Line every 3 to 4 minutes and the fridge was very small, not practical if you're planning to store foodstuffs over a few days. But I still enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again - there's something about this hotel that I really like despite these obvious shortcomings.
Need more maintenance. Location is great. Staff was friendly.

− Elevators were not working during full stay (4nights) and we had to carry our luggage bags to third and second floors up and down.

− エレベーターが故障しており5フロアをスーツケースを持ちながら上り下りする必要があった。歯ブラシセットとスリッパはヨーロッパのホテルでは普通に用意されていないことが多いので仕方ないけど、あったら嬉しい。部屋は狭めで若干古い。

− It was unfortunate that the lifts were out no order and wasn’t fixed on time. It was rather difficult to carry all our luggages (though the hotel staff helped) and walk up and down 3 floors
