4.0Location and clean
− I would like to raise a complaint regarding the excessive noise and poor sound insulation. Sounds from neighbouring rooms are so clearly audible that they seem to be coming from inside my own room. Additionally, housekeeping staff repeatedly opened and closed the door of the adjacent room for approximately an hour while moving supplies in and out. This caused a prolonged and unnecessary disturbance. Please ask housekeeping to keep the door open while cleaning, where possible, instead of repeatedly opening and closing it, and to be more considerate of guests who are trying to rest. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

10.0Really good value for money and such lovely staff! The guy who checked me in, Abdula (I think that was his name!), was especially friendly and helpful. He really went out of his way to make sure I had a great stay. Such a genuinely nice guy and a credit to the hotel. Would definitely recommend!
