Clean and comfortable room, but disappointing breakfast seating arrangements and poor consideration for guests.
6.0The hotel was nice and dry. The room was clean and comfortable, with no signs of mould. The towels were very white, fresh and clean.
− At breakfast, staff tried to seat my daughter and me at a table for four where two ladies we didn't know were already eating. Meanwhile, kitchen staff occupied another table by themselves. I asked if their table was reserved, and they said no. I don't understand why paying guests were expected to share with strangers while staff occupied a table that customers could have used. Very disappointing.

9.0Good location - only 5 minutes from Paddington station. Clean and nice room - lower ground floor had its own advantages being bigger than on floors and quieter.

8.0Très bon emplacement à Paddington, quartier animé mais hôtel très calme, sans bruit le soir et la nuit. Lits avec matelas épais, chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner décevant, pas "d'English Breakfast", toasts, jambon, fromage, oeufs durs, jus de fruit et salade de fruits industriels... juste un bon "Cottage Cheese"

9.0Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, Londonas centrālo daļu iespējams izstaigāt ar kājām, Ja ir vēlēšanās apskatīt citus Londonas rajonus, to bez liekām problēmām ir iespējams paveikt izmantojot sabiedrisko transportu, jo pāris minūšu gājienā ir dzelzceļa stacija, metro un autobusu pieturas. Viesnīcas personāls laipns un atsaucīgs. Viesnīcas numuriņš bija pieteikami komfortabls.
− Kopumā brokastis bija labas, tikai man būtu ieteikums brokastīs iekļaut arī dārzeņus, salātus un augļus.
