1.0Your front desk staff was very rude to me.It was unnecessary. He was later nicer , but he was still very rude and said some things he shouldn't have said.
− Customer seriesThe rooms were from the 1970s, or 80s need serious upgrading.\nThat's why you're the lowest cost place on clearwater beach. Honestly, you should pay me back my money.Which I know you want , but my reviews will get my money back alone.

− Cleanliness, you pay for parking, you can’t be on the balcony in the evening we were watching the sunset, I thought that was ridiculous.
