10.0Clean room and the property looks nice. However, the room I got had issue with heating and cooling. First night, the temperature was constantly at 26 deg no matter what temperature I set it to. The second night, the temperature dropped to 21 deg and constantly blowing cold air from the vent. Finally, I ended up shutting off the system completely.
