6.0− Everything had an old musty smell. I checked out a day early as I couldn’t bear with it anymore. The shower had no pressure.

− Parking, had to park at the opposite end of the parking lot and my husband has to use a cane to walk. No cart available to transport our luggage. Strong Marijuana smell everywhere

− Deep cleaning of the rooms should be mandatory. The rooms are old and definitely need TLC or even a proper cleaning would go a long way.
Had to check out before getting to use all amenities like breakfast or gym. Overall it was good.
9.0I like the lay out of the kitchen area, nice weight room and hardwood floors.
− One of the pillows felt a little rough, like something was sticking out like a feather.

3.0− I had stayed previously and my guest smoked in my room. Iwas not in the room at the because I was out handling business. When I went to check in the clerk told I was placed on DNR list. I wasn't aware of this so I didn't get to stay and I had paid for the room. Is there anyway possible for me to get my money back
