− we stayed for 2 nights and they didnt leave enough towels
Disgusting and messed up that they gave me that room when he even told me that he didn’t see that it needed to be clean

I didn’t stay they close the lobby. You can’t even check.

− Everything. How can a hotel accept a reservation and there is no one to check you in, leaving you with no option unless you look for another place? Disrespectful, unpleasant, infuriating! Terrible, unbelievable!
