6.0The location was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff respinded quickly to a few problems, i.e. TV signal, difficulty opening the door and the room number sequence. No signs directing you to the rooms, so a bit difficult.

8.0We needed something quick because coming in for a sweet baby in NICU nearby. This hotel was easy to book and so close. Our first two nights we took whatever we could get and the room was just that. Smelled musty and like old pizza. The paint in the bathroom looked like someone did it blindfolded. We checked out unsure if we were leaving. Ended up checking back in and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. We were on the second floor and our room was clean and fresh and everything we needed. Don’t settle for the first room if it isn’t what you need! We were so grateful for this port in the storm and kind staff. The cost and location were ideal for what we needed.
