3.0It was clean..
− There was never any staff at the front desk during the entire stay. There were very few cameras. The staff wasmt particularly helpful. There was a domestic dispute right across from us at 3am and no one came up or called the authorities. They didnt have our room equfor what we needed for the pull out bed. I tried to call for replacements. But like I said no one was at the front desk. Had to go down and get it. They didnt have it there either. They finally brought it up to us 45mins later .
Very basic. Felt like an apartment building rather than a hotel.
4.0Very quiet. Clean. Staff very polite.
− Nothing in the room. Had to request glasses, plates, utensils. Very strange being in a suite with kitchen and nothing in it.
