They did not have both rooms I reserved, available due to not having any staff to clean the rooms. The one room we staye

1.0Nothing they were rude and the room smelled like cat pee and the weed I feel discriminative and treated me poorly. The didn't accept the payment from agoda/booking.com and I lost my money and got put out on the streets with everything I owned. And it down poured rain for at least an hour and everything got ruined!

Octavia acted promptly and immediately moved me to another room, ensuring my comfort was prioritized. Her efficiency and professional attitude turned a potential problem into a quick fix. − Housekeeping needs to report such things as NO THERMOSTAT ON WALL. AC not working. I only stayed here because my friend was here, otherwise I would have stayed at the newly renovated one on executive drive

− Broken door key access, broken remote control, rusted silverware, people smoking cigarettes inside the swimming pool, dirty hot water for the oatmeal breakfast and no ice machine.
