− Broke bathroom door, broken sink, broken toilet seat, feces stains on the bathroom wall, dirty tubs, roaches and gnats, hotel room smell did not go away, making it hard to breathe. And questionable overall cleanliness of bed sheets and pillows.

− The desk clerk appeared to have an attitude. My room smelled like smoke,the tub was dirty, and the lock latch on the door was broken. Also another customer complained of the dryer not working. I did not stay. When I asked for a receipt or proof that I didn't stay she said she could not provide it, and I had to wait until after checkout to get one, even though I did not stay.
