We will never come back to this hotel as $181 for 2 nights was overpriced for what we got

− It took us 45 minutes to check in because the front desk couldn’t figure out how to use a gift card. We checked in to room 101 and the bed was completely broken. We asked to switch rooms and moved to room 103, where the AC was ridiculously loud and kept us up at night. The shower had way too small of a curtain where water was dripping out while we showered so we had to put towels down.
