I enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again, and the staff was the best part!
8.0I liked the space in the room, the pool and the sauna, the staff were just outstanding during my four day stay there the bed was extremely comfortable and I have a bad back, so it was nice not waking up in pain.
− The facilities need some work, the elevator was slow and made noise, the was a weird carpet smell in the carpet elevator, and there is not door stopper for the bathroom. I was trying to keep it open because I don't like closed in spaces.

Great!! We loved Jessie.
10.0My family and I absolutely loved everything. We only wished to have been able to spend more time in Kalamazoo and enjoyed our lodging even more. The breakfast was delicious and offered much variety. The pool was enjoyed evening and morning by the younger family members and they had a great time. It was clean and grandpa loved watching!! We had brief interaction with a member of the cleaning staff who was very nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name. But the best of the best is saved for Jessie, the young lady at the desk. She was so friendly and so helpful in all ways. She made our stay the greatest!! Thanks Jessie for everything!! If we go vacation in Michigan again we will no doubt go to this Best Western again!
− For this grandpa the pool water was too cool. LOL But everyone else enjoyed it so who cares. Hahaha
