Outstanding Staff, During A No AC Heat Wave
6.0This was our third year with the Renaissance of Portsmouth. The staff was amazing per usual. We brought friends down with us, and their hospitality is unmatched. Specially given the circumstances. We were able to check in extra early which really.helped out arriving as early in the morning as we did.
− Unfortunately, on the hottest weekend so far this year as we arrived the AC for the entire building went out. That definitely made things uncomfortable. But the staff did their best despite them suffering just as much as we were. Despite that, I am sure we will return next year.
Terrible and did not get compensation!

− Pipe burst on the second of my visit, air broke, had to buy fans from the store and was not comfortable in 104 degree heat on the 4th of July weekend.
