4.0I was surprised with a £100 security deposit which I was advised I’ll get back. This still hasn’t happened 2 weeks past my stay. The floor in the bathroom felt like it was about to break through (around the toilet) Holes in the wall from old furniture that had been ripped out. The place was a mess. We planned for early check in at £20 extra (emailed over several weeks before we arrived and confirmed with a reply) once we arrived we were told to wait and we have to book/pay for early check in.. I would NOT recommend staying here.
Overall good but not a luxe stay.
6.0Handy for Glasgow Central and easily walkable for city centre. Parts of the apartments (we rented 2x2bed) were tired, and one shower wouldn’t work, one apartment had toiletries and a dishwasher and one didn’t have either. Both apartments were missing some kitchen items. Exterior of windows very dirty. Still a good stay due to the friendliness of the staff and convenient location.

8.0Very good price for spacious 2 bed apartment with all facilities you can need. Clean and well appointed. Good location for city centre attractions and train station, parking in NCP adjacent. Would recommend.

4.0Front desk had limited hours. Was warm so we wanted to have windows open but street / bar noise made it impossible. This was one of 6 places we stayed in during 3 week trip and was the only place we did not enjoy.
