Dissapointed, very poor value for what's charged
3.0- Acceptable breakfast - Courteous staff
− I paid a total of USD 60 (KSh 7,870) for two nights, so about USD 30/KSh 4,000 per night. Even with breakfast included, the room was far, far below what I would expect for this price. The location is not central, and it is not close to either Naivasha Town or Hell's Gate. For KSh 4,000 a night, I expected at least a mini-fridge, a kettle, a few teas and a well-maintained bathroom. None of these were provided. The toilet leaks water onto the floor, so you step in the water when sitting on it. The shower is broken, with most of the warm water spilling from the lower spout instead of coming through the shower head. The bathtub is yellowed and stained, and there is a foul smell from the drains. It needs a proper deep clean and some repairs. What disappointed me even more was finding out from Google reviews that if you ask ahead, you can apparently pay considerably less. That lower price would be much fairer for what you get. Finding this out after paying almost KSh 4,000 per night really made me feel like an idiot for paying this rate. It is also hard to justify the price when I have paid less for great places in Nairobi with much better rooms and facilities. Overall, the place is basic but acceptable. The Wi-Fi is okay and the breakfast, while basic, is fine. But USD 30/KSh 4,000 per night is simply too much for what is offered. Around USD 15 per night including breakfast would be a fairer.

9.0The place is amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. The Host Veronica was helpful and kind and she made me an amazing breakfast!!!
− Far away from everything. The place is difficult to find for any car or motorcycles. The road is bumpy and dusty. Be aware that U don't have nothing nearby, restaurants cafe or any kind of shops! U must go to naivasha town which is 20 min ride!
Good value of the price
8.0The room is simple but nice and offers excellent value for money. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and everything was clean. The host kindly arranged an early breakfast for us because of our departure, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with great hospitality.
− The location is a bit remote and was somewhat difficult to find. Also, the lock on the shared restroom in the restaurant was not working, which should be repaired for more privacy.
