10.0Me encanta este Hostal. Es segunda vez que lo elijo y no decepciona. Recepción calidad y atenta. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. La habitación cómoda y muy bien decorada. El baño limpio con todo lo que necesitas ( shampoo y acondicionador estan incluidos). Sin duda mi lugar favorito en Valparaiso.

I did not expect anything crazy and was blown out of the water how amazing everything was.

10.0The facilities, location and the staff are amazing. Coming from a non-Spanish speaking background it was so helpful having English speaking staff and they also provided options for English speaking guided tours of a city where this is kind of essential.

10.0This oasis of calm and sophistication in the wacky world of Valparaiso was a wonderful discovery. We were looked after for our two night visit by the delightful Francisca, who went above and beyond to help and advise on how best to spend our short time in the city. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room well furnished with an excellent shower in a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was also exceptional, delicious and generous, served on mismatched, charming antique crockery. There is a beautiful lush and green courtyard to the rear of the property, which is a cool and quiet area to relax. We were able to park our rental car in a nearby lock up- arranged by the hotel for a small additional charge. Overall, I would give the service and comfort 10 out of 10.
− The road noise early in the morning- but this is not the fault of the hotel- just location related.
