5.0Good location. Close to Interstate 40 Breakfast was adequate. Attendant was attentive
− Property needs some work. Exterior needs updating. Our room-128- needs attention. Toilet rocks and is missing bolt covers. Shower head will not stay in place. Unknown substances on the walls in some areas, window coverings are awful-one part was inoperable. TV difficult to navigate. Both shampoo and conditioner bottles were EMPTY!

8.0The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. I just wish they would change it up a bit. It was eggs, sausage and tater tots every single morning. The attendant was very good. She did a fabulous job refilling the food, keeping everything clean, etc. In addition, besides the never-ending construction in front of the hotel, the location is perfect. Minutes to everything in Crossville!
− The cleaning staff needs to be trained. Really my only complaint I had was with housekeeping. They were very friendly however, they did very little to clean the rooms daily. Sheets weren't changed daily but the bed wasn’t even made on most days. The floors weren’t cleaned, the walls weren’t even wiped down. A lot more could be done to make the rooms look and feel cleaner.

5.0Breakfast was great, location was great. Bed was very comfortable.
− The first room we were given was dirty. There was dog hair on the couch, spilt coffee stains on the wall, the trash hadn’t been taken out and there was mold under the fridge. Also the light above the fridge didn’t work all the time. The second room was much cleaner but we still found dog hair in many places around the room. There was also a very odd very strong smell throughout the hotel.
