8.0Great location and mint condition. However, communication needs some improvement. Although I competed the online check-in two days ahead, I did not receive the access instruction through email on the day of arrival and had to call to request the code.

10.0A whole apartment for less than a hotel room in the same general area! Fantastic location. I was a bit apprehensive with check-in procedure, but communication was great and provided easy to follow instructions. I’d recommend Mint House for anyone visiting Greenville.
