− We unfortunately booked an accessible room and there was no option to change it on the day . There was a damp smell coming from the room . The cleanliness could have been improved

Please note that linen is not changed daily. For stays over seven days, linen is changed on the fourth day of stay and then weekly after. For stays of less than seven days, there will be no linen changes. However, towels and bedding are available from the reception at no extra cost.
A cleaning service is available upon request for stays of less than 7 nights at an additional charge of GBP 35 for one-bedroom apartments, and GBP 45 for two-bedroom apartments.
A complimentary cleaning service is offered on the 4th day for stays of one week or more, and once a week thereafter.
When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
