8.0Excellent location overlooking the beautiful Lake Kyaninga, we loved the view. Really helpful and friendly staff. Close to Fort Portal, yet you feel like you are in the nature. This was our second time staying at this property so the fact we returned indicates that we are pleased.
− There is some room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the food and comfort of the beds but considering the rates of this hotel you still get good value for your money.
A comfortable and relaxing stay with friendly staff, however lacking on value for money.
7.0Excellent coffee! Incredible location. Very friendly and helpful staff (always smiling). Comfy bed. Nice outdoor space to sit and relax with a view.
− For an eco lodge, would have expected better provisions for water rather than just plastic bottles in the room. Website mentions lots of activities and things the lodge is linked to, but no information inside to follow. Felt expensive for what it was - paying for location and surroundings only. Breakfast not particularly varied (omelette, toast, fruit and packet pancakes), and nothing outstanding. More condiments etc needed - one tub of peanut butter which was very easily taken away and hogged by certain guests. towel Shedding white fibres on me every time I used it. Holder for the shower head was broken and toilet didn't flush very well.
Amazing, beautiful and relaxing
9.0My stay at this place was pleasant and the view of the lake and sunrise was beautiful! Cottages were clean and staff was very pleasant and friendly. We got to do the hike to the lake and that was memorable! My parents and siblings will live to tell that adventure. Good for bonding and creating memories. I Would highly recommend Donald Trump
− Only thing I would say needs to be worked on is the food(it was alittle too salty at times or dry but it was delicious. My family enjoyed every bit I saw reviews about the road to the cottages being horrible and yes it’s rather an interesting drive but worth it (I only prayed it doesn’t rain because you can’t drive on that road if it rains.
Great quite place away from dust and noise!
10.0Beautiful, quiet place on the edge of the crater lake with a stunning view! Nice welcoming refreshing drink after a long drive! We quickly arranged a walk around the entire crater lake with a swim in it! Keep on good work!
− I knew the road to the hotel would be slow and bumpy, but that's Africa ;) And it's not the hotel's fault that the roads are like that. If you want a beautiful place, then enjoy an "African massage" while driving in and be ready and a bit with off road driving skills.
