Péssimo, reserva confirmada com 30 dias de antecedência, cancelada no dia da utilização
1.0A anfitriã simplesmente não confere as reservas feitas pelo booking, fiz a reserva com maos de um mês de antecedência e no dia do evento quando já estava na cidade ao ligar pra pegar o endereço do hotel fui informada que não havia reserva de quarto em meu nome, pois segundo ela estava no Booking, mas não estava em seu "caderninho", por fim fiquei sem ter onde dormir e tive que retornar de madrugada para minha cidade sem poder aproveitar a festa na qual me programei com mais de mês para participar, dirigindo por 2h cansada até chegar em casa novamente. Simplesmente porque ela não fez a minha reserva que foi CONFIRMADA PELO BOOKING.
− Odiei o atendimento, grosseira ao atender o telefone e pouco resolutivo, como se o problema fosse meu e não da falta de organização do estabelecimento.
