Do not recommend
2.0Not maintained at all. Everywhere you turned something was broken. No glass on fire extinguisher case, broken door handles, carpet coming up in countless places, smoke alarm off wall in room, the handle on sink comes off, toilet seat not attached, mirror broken, garbage left in hallway, worms along our entire hallway floor, where there wasn't worms there were chunks of dirt all over. Needs a lot of work. Do not recommend.
It's Perfectly Fine
6.0It's definitely out of date, but it serves it's purpose. The room was clean, the AC worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good hot water and pressure. Is it fancy? No, but it's not nearly as bad as a lot of the reviews make it seem
Worst hotel experience of my life
2.0What a horrible experience, do not stay here!!! We had reserved two rooms with a double in each, only got a single bed. We had to sleep on the floor! Went to get it fixed the next morning only to be told they had availability of their suite available with a bed and pullout couch, and they wanted me to pay the difference in the room even though they messed up our reservation and we were forced to sleep on the floor as we our children with us. They were rude, disrespectful, unkind and not helpful at all. The doors wouldnt even unlock to our rooms since they were so rundown. Had to get our key reset 4 times! We were left waiting in the hallway not able to get into our room because nobody is ever at the front desk. They made us feel as though when we were inconveniencing them. The security sucks, the entrance on the side of the building door doesn't even lock leaving us exposed. The one girl at the front desk yelled at me and didn't want to help. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. DONT COME, HERE, RUN!!!!
Broken beds,unclean bathrooms.
2.0Not at all happy with our stay and would not recommend staying here. Breakfast staff were unkempt in appearance and rooms weren't in great shape. Broken bed and dirty bathroom.
Stay at the Ramada in Golden Valley!
2.0The first room I was given had a broken bed, the second room had broken A/C on a hot day AND my third room was filthy and smelled foul. It had other problems too, like broken curtains held together with clothespins that left me without privacy in a first floor room. The bathroom had paint chips all across the toilet seat and the floor had a sticky yellow substance that my shoes stuck to. The furniture, more specifically the only chair in the room) was heavily stained. Over all the room and the hallways were gross. I don't have another way to say it. I originally thought I had a reservation at the hotel in Golden Valley. I spoke with a person in reservations at the 800 number and indicated my wishes but somehow I ended up with a reservation at the Plymouth location. The Plymouth location was only $14 cheaper than the one I wanted to be at. Since I was already at the Plymouth location I decided to give it a shot how different could it be? Had I known how horrifying and disgusting my stay would be, I would have happily paid $14 more for the other location. You live and you learn. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT stay at this hotel unless you have zero standards
All around bad experience
2.0Prior to arriving, I performed the online check in, it test charged my card, uploaded my photo ID, and signed everything. Got to the counter and I was asked for photo ID (this is good) but then they wanted to go through the entire process all over again. Then then told me there was a $100 security deposit that they would return 5-7 days after my 1 day stay. I am a Wyndam rewards Platinum member for the past 10 years. Place smelled like weed and I decided to cancel and find another Wyndam property near by. I've stayed here before but never again.
