− We booked the apartment and contacted the landlord. Once he picked up the phone and said that he was preparing the room there. I called after some time but he didn't pick up the phone and finally he told me, cancel the booking, we already have guests in the room, so I suggest you guys not to book this apartment.

− That the owner used the same excuse - ‘someone trashed the apartment last night and it’s now not available’.
