9.0Wij konden niet direct in onze kamer, maar onze koffers werden netjes naar de kamer gebracht. Omdat de kamer erg warm was en veel vliegjes had, kregen wij een upgrade. Het personeel voelde zich erg schuldig, bood meerdere keren excuses aan en gaf ons als excuus een gratis ontbijt. De hele dag kon iedereen gratis koffie krijgen.
− Vliegjes in de kamer. De wasmachine in de kamer duurt erg lang tussen de 3,5 uur en 5.5 uur.

8.0Great location in walking distance to restaurants and sites. Rooms are new and updated. Loved having a washing machine and dryer in room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
− Wish we could have stayed in a higher floor. Would have liked to park on site. Staff recommended a lot, but we had trouble figuring out how to pay for it and it was late. While we had 2 rooms close to each other, I would have preferred if our family of 4 could have all stayed in the same room.
