10.0Terzo anno consecutivo a casa dei Lecci. La tranquillità che si respira è impagabile .. come sentirsi a casa .. è sempre un piacere tornare in questa struttura, curata in ogni particolare. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere tutte le località turistiche della zona. E se volete rilassarvi potete benissimo prendere il sole in piscina e godervi il panorama stupendo .. consigliatissimo

A few issues need fixed and generally needs updated.
8.0Lovely views and choice of two private outside terraces. Really large apartment in beautiful old building. Well situated for travelling to Perugia, Assisi, Spello.
− All needs updating particularly the kitchen. Control knobs missing from the oven. We had two doors to the apartment- one couldn’t be used due to an issue with the lock and the second literally needed kicked open as it was catching so badly at the bottom. The shower didn’t work well- it pulsed on and off so that you got intermittent warm and cold water. Getting to and from property is very narrow so we elected to park in public car park and walk the last 100m. The pool area is nice with lovely views but when we used it there was an elderly gentleman (I’m assuming the owner) sleeping across a seating area until his carer came. Unfortunately we can’t recommend staying here.

− In piscina troppe zanzare davvero fastidiose e troppo lontano dai servizi per forza prendere la macchina per fare la spesa, era menzionata la sauna ma non era funzionante
