Although the apartment was very clean we were disappointed- the guests above us were very noisy
8.0The property was quite quirky, comfortable bed, room to sit and watch tv and kitchen that was adequate for basics
− The floor boards in the kitchen were horrendously noisy which must affect the guests staying upstairs and downstairs, we also heard the same from the room above , we stayed in Lister room. The general noise level early morning was loud .. tv no channels and WiFi poor kept buffering - very difficult to find car park .. we drove around several times !
Great location and room was very clean but was smaller than expected from the photographs.
7.0The position was great and the property was clean and in good condition although the waste to the wash basin was partly blocked and did not drain well.
− Our flat was very small nd there was little storage for clothes. This was disappointing for a premium room.
A lovely and beautifully restored property near the centre of town
7.0The property is an atmospheric and beautifully restored old building. The studio is sympathetically and expensively modernised whilst at the same time preserving many of the period features. The bed was very comfortable. Centrally located and easy walking distance from Worcester centre coupled with free parking The staff were extremely pleasant and responsive and communication was excellent pre, throughout, and post our stay The studio was very clean.
− Notwithstanding that the heatwave is not the owner's fault, the studio is in the eaves of the building and so was extremely hot for the time we were there. The single fan provided was not up to the job. The studio is quite noisy given it is next to the air-conditioning units of the next door ASDA building. We experienced 2 x hot water failures BUT these were dealt with quickly and efficiently without any fuss. There is no specific terrace or outdoor furniture for the studio, nor any desk or table for eating or working in the studio.
