− some tourists gathered together in the morning for Shouting slogans "algo… colombia " in the reception hall. they forget to take care about other guests in sleep

2.0They were unable to locate my reservation upon check in, 30 minute delay. I ordered food and I was never informed that my food came in; 1 hour later when I inquired food was at front desk cold. Breakfast service is horrible and food not well prepared. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, very poor experience
