9.0Een moderne en zeer goed ingerichte flat nr 3 en ligt aan de achterzijde waar het zeer rustig is. Ligt ook in een kalme wijk. Winkels in de buurt (max. 3'). Ideale uitvalsbasis op minder dan 10' van centrum. Ook connectie vanuit luchthaven naar Sol is perfect en 10' van locatie. Maria is een behulpzame, zeer vriendelijke en enthousiaste host. Geeft je heel veel bruikbare tips. Sterke aanrader.

This amazing apartment made our stay in Madrid really enjoyable and we would definitely stay here again.
10.0The property was central and secure; it had an elevator, it was quiet, light and spacious. It was in walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit and also close to transport to go to the airport and train station and metro. The landlady was friendly and also knowledgeable about places to visit. There were cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

10.0The location is convenient to the center by walking most of the time. The apartment is located on a higher level building with an elevator. Although the street maybe busier, but the rooms feel very quiet and windows facing inside but still very open, not blocked. The space and layout is great for two people. The owner is meticulous in cleaning the house. The bedding/pillow are comfortable and the quit/comforter has cover which felt so fresh and clean, just like home. She is very accommodating about storing our luggages before check-in time. She also introduced lots of visiting spots and food spots, very helpful. Overall it's a great place to live.
