It was not what I expected, but we were able to enjoy our visit with family in the area anyway.
4.0We enjoyed walks around the property and a paved mountain path. I loved the artwork hung in the hallways. The staff were nice. We had the onsen baths mostly to ourselves because of low occupancy. A young lady I met said this place was popular among college students who want to enjoy the baths. I was hoping for a better quality lodgings.
− The bottom futon was very thin and we only had cold water from the bathroom faucet. The A/C had no instructions and we had a hard time turning it off at night, and didn’t want to call staff to our room that late. The photos of building and facilities did not match the old worn condition we found it in. Room 308 could use a little updating.
