7.0Le personnel est très gentil et serviables. Nous avons remarqué des tâches sur les draps du lit. Nous avons été demander à la réception s'il était possible de venir les changer, ce qu'ils ont fait se suite. C'est très aimable à eux surtout à une heure si tardive (23h)
− 1) Les vitres quasiment transparentes de la salle de bain, nous aimions avoir chacun notre intimité. Ce qui n'était pas vraiment le cas. 2) On rêvait de se détendre dans la baignoire. Malheureusement, celle-ci se vide toute seule. 3) Nous trouvons cela dommage qu'il n'y aie pas des grands essuies pour essayer en sortant de la douche, mais que des petits.

− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba , por eso pusieron un ventilador en la habitación… hacía mucho calor.

1.0− 투윈숙소는 애견을 이용할수없다고 하여 예약을 한 상황이라고 하여도 않된다고하여 항의을 하여도 소용없어 할수없이 침대하나있는 숙소에서 숙박을 하였음 어이가 없는 상황은 침구를 만원에대여하여 숙박을 하였음
