2.0sent the house rules 2 days before; the house rules were completely different than what was mentioned to us when we were paying to rent the place. The rules didn’t work for us so we weren’t able to cancel and then kicked us out. Was getting work done on the property while we had the property until 12. n the email no people that aren’t on the reservation can stay after 9pm. Owner lives downstairs and kept calling, texting and coming upstairs when even a single noise was made. Insisted no more than 2 people were allowed to stay past 9pm when the rules said something else.
