10.0From the time I got there, staff there every step from parking, coming through back door there was a guy holding door so I could come that way instead of going all the way around. A/C issue and they had a guy there 5 min after I checked in to solve issue. Front desk staff very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay so great. We will return if attending another Roger’s event 100%

10.0Staff were very friendly and helpful. They replaced my fridge when I mentioned it was leaking water, always asked if I needed anything. Hotel is conveniently located by train and bus, though many things are walking distance.
