− The chair in 112 looked like it came out of a junkyard. Not the end of the world, but a little offputting.

− Had no housekeeping services the entire week we were there!! The absolute WORST!! Very very very poor!! NEVER will recommend ANYONE to go there!!
Was good, up until the bed bugs and now feeling like I paid for services I didn’t use and no one will help with my refun
1.0They were friendly and helped us get a room after being evacuated from our home.
− Our room was not clean when we showed up, there were bed bugs, they could not switch us rooms due to being full, and now I am fighting to get my refund. They even tried double charging me for all of the nights I asked to be refunded

1.0I waited for over an hour, and no one came out to assist me. Furthermore, the entire hotel reeked of marijuana. It was a terrible experience; I would never recommend that place to anyone.
