I will never choose this hotel in the future. Unfair business practice
1.0There is nothing good about this hotel except the proximity to Airport
− The extra charges asked from me for drop to the airport despite having a confirmation mail from them that my request would be entertained without extra charges. I hate it when people go back on their commitment. Its not about the extra charge. It is about keeping a promise to ensure that a customer is happy

− The room size is very small little congested it was a shot say so managed people at reception area not that frendly and not sounding frendly interaction experience was not good
