2.0I seriously should have read the reviews.. this hotel was absolutely terrible and nasty. No housekeeping, no room service, no breakfast. Only one elevator available that takes FOREVER to come, and by time it does, you have a crowd of people waiting on it too. They keep the heaters on in the hallway. The staff are not friendly and barely want to help you with anything. Drunks hanging around the property. Now for the room… I stayed in 406 this past week and noticed mold in the bedroom and bathroom. Everything is rusted. Only one lamp works in the bedroom. The TV in the bed room displays only one thing and prevents you from watching. The floors are scratched up terribly. The walls are all old and need sanding. I’m telling you now, the ocean view does NOT make up for the room. I was upset the entire week because it was my son’s birthday and this completely ruined it. I hated having to go back to the hotel. There are bugs from a large gap under the door too. My son and I found the room to be so nasty, we slept on top of the bedding. This hotel needs to be shut down. DO NOT COME HERE EVEN IF YOURE ON A BUDGET.

2.0Run at all cost they told me they would email to sure me that they would make sure I get refund in stead no email and they will not answer phone during business hours dirty bugs just plain awful false advertising will get a lawyer to sue because it is a law against this ripping people off trust and believe unjustness don’t prosper I’m not finished u will remember me taking this to Chanel 9 if not refunded within 14 days I promise
One elevator, moldy smelling rooms, outdated fridge, floors weren't clean..saw bugs in bathroom. Save your money and go somewher
2.0Only place clean was the pool..hallways weren't vacuumed..one working elevator carpet was coming apart along the walls and stairs. Room smelled of mold, saw bugs in bathroom . Floors weren't swept or mopped, very dirty. Won't ever stay here again

− It had no indoor pool, the fridge wasn’t working when we got here and took a while to get replaced, it said ocean front but we were so far from the ocean.
