10.0Location was nice and within distance of a few restaurants and a gas station.
− That the front desk staff said room number out loud. I'm a single traveler and when another person is nearby I'd prefer my room number to be not said out loud. You dont know who has bad intentions these days. Just be mindful and have awareness for safety.

8.0It was close to the facility.We needed to go to for an appointment.
− The bed it was very uncomfortable. It's like it, it needs to be a new mattress and the hot watercet in the for the bathroom. We didn't have hot water, but we did in the bathtub.

− The elevator wasn’t working and we were staying on second floor. The place is a bit run down and our room smelt of cigarette smell very badly even tho it was a non smoking room. Definitely should be cheaper price to stay there.
